We offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below. Our goal is to be fair to all participants while maintaining the quality and sustainability of our webinar programme.
If the webinar cannot take place due to technical failures on our platform, you are entitled to a full refund or a complimentary seat at the next session.
In the unlikely event we cancel a scheduled webinar without rescheduling, all registered participants will receive a full refund automatically.
If you have been charged more than once for the same registration, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
If you need to cancel your registration, here is how the timeline affects your eligibility:
Occasionally, webinars may be rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances.
If a webinar is rescheduled, you will be notified via email at least 24 hours in advance. You may choose to attend the rescheduled session or request a full refund within 48 hours of the reschedule notice.
• You simply changed your mind after attending the webinar
• You were unable to attend due to personal reasons (travel, illness, schedule conflict)
• You did not find the webinar content useful after attending
• Requests made after the webinar has concluded
• Failure to join due to your own internet or device issues
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in permanent suspension from future webinars. All legitimate issues will be resolved promptly through our support team.
