These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IRI Homes' webinar platform, website, and related services ("Services"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IRI Homes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
Our Services are intended for individuals interested in learning about Airbnb hosting, short-term rental management, and property monetisation in India.
Our Services are educational in nature. Any financial projections or income examples discussed in webinars are illustrative and not guarantees of future results. Individual results will vary.
To ensure a productive experience for all participants, the following rules apply to all webinar sessions:
All participants must engage respectfully with the host and other attendees. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.
You may not record, screenshot, or reproduce any portion of the webinar without explicit written consent from IRI Homes.
Each registration is for a single individual. Sharing access links with others is prohibited and may result in access termination.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable internet connection, device, and compatible software to attend. IRI Homes is not liable for technical issues on your end.
As a user of our Services, you acknowledge and accept the following responsibilities:
All content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies presented in our webinars and on this website are the intellectual property of IRI Homes and Aman Agrawal.
• Reproducing or distributing webinar content without written permission
• Using our frameworks or strategies to create competing webinars or courses
• Selling, licensing, or monetising any material derived from our sessions
• Uploading recordings to any public or private platform
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to use information from our webinars for your own individual Airbnb hosting activities.
All webinar registrations are subject to the following payment terms:
The current webinar fee is ₹99/-. Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated before registration.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. IRI Homes does not store card or banking details. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Please review it before registering.
IRI Homes provides educational content in good faith. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of information shared in webinars.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRI Homes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services — including but not limited to financial losses incurred from applying strategies discussed in our webinars.
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific webinar registration giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access our Services ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
